Your going to want to check this with your suppliers. Before you go ahead and start promising your customers a returns policy that you can't actually abide by.

That's the same for your shipping prices, so your going to determine your shipping prices once you have your cost accounted for from your supplier, so the supplier cost of the product and then your retail cost and that will be about a 20-30 % markup.
